I've bought a new computer can I install Audio Notetaker again?

Yes you can.

If you are using an older Licence Key (beginning AN-002) and you still have your old computer you can deactivate your copy of Audio Notetaker. Depending on your licence type you only have a limited number of activations available. Deactivating frees one of those activations so you can use it on your new computer.

If you are using one of our newer licences (beginning RAN / EAN / OAN etc) or you no-longer have access to your old computer then the first thing is to try activating Audio Notetaker on your new computer, using your existing Licence Key.

For help see Where can I find my Licence Key?

If this doesn't work then email us at support@sonocent.com

Deactivating a Version 2 licence (AN-002):

Just select Deactivate from the App Menu>System

This will firstly close all open Audio Notetaker files (prompting where you need to save) and then bring up the Deactivation screen:

Selecting deactivate will complete the process.
