Last Updated: Apr 15, 2015 01:48PM IST
Yes you can.

In Windows

Firstly you need to select the All Projects tab.

If it’s not visible you’ll need to open it from the App Menu > Manage > View Projects

You will then see a list of all of your Audio Notetaker Project files.

Select the files you want to combine; use the Ctrl key to select individual files.

When you have selected the files, right click and select Append.

Or, you need bring up the menus by pressing ALT

Navigate to Manage > Selected Files > Append

Audio Notetaker will then combine the files into one new file.

Your original files will not be changed.

Your files will be brought together in date order, oldest first.

Append Files to Open Project

If you already have one of the files open then you can append files. Press the ALT key to bring up the traditional Windows menus and go to File -> Open Append - the project will be appended to the end of the current project

On Mac

Open your first Audio Notetaker file.

Go to File > Open Append and select the file you want to append, it will be added to the end of the last document.
