The Loan Portal allows gives you the option to configure Notification emails and the details users see in the automated emails that get sent out.
If you haven't yet set these up you will see this as a number against the Setting's item on your dashboard. If you hover over the notification you will see a summary of what needs your attention.
Once a week we will send an email telling you about any Loans that need to be actioned. You can set who gets these emails by configuring Notifications.
As you invite, approve and extend Loans automated emails are sent to users. You can change the email used for the 'reply-to' option. And personliase your institution details so that users know who the email has come from, and can reply to you.
