- You can view loans that have expired by viewing 'Expired Loans’ from the Dashboard. By default this will display all loans that have expired.
- To view just the recently expired loans, un-tick 'All Expired’ in the filter tab across the top of the page.
- You can then extend the loans in the normal way by selecting the user with the tick box on the righthand (1) side and using the approve/Extend button (2) to pick a new expiry date.
Once you have extended access the user will be sent an automated email with the new date and they can pick up the date when prompted in Audio Notetaker.
- Where a computer has previously accessed a loan of Audio Notetaker and the loan has expired, you will need to extend the loan before re-activating on the computer. You can identify the computer using the Machine ID.
